Vulcanus Move and Set up Service

 The Vulcanus Move and Set up Service consists of the following: 

• Two experienced Maison Flair colleagues to deliver and position your Vulcanus® 
• Unpacking and inspection upon delivery
• Removal of any waste material
• Positioning of the Vulcanus® to your requirement
• Our teams have sheets, blankets, shoe covers and gloves to protect your property
• Moving equipment
• Public Liability Insurance cover

Please note that there are access requirements for the Vulcanus Move and Set up Service. As a delivery and installation service, we need to assess the access to the site. 

• Minimum gateway/doorway width dimension 700mm
• Check for overflow pipes, outside taps or window ledges that may restrict this
• We can move up/down some garden steps
• We can dismantle the Vulcanus® if access is narrow or takes us through your home.

The Vulcanus Move and Set up Service has a few limitations you need to be aware of:

• We cannot lift the Vulcanus® over fences or walls of any height unless prearranged lifting equipment is on-site. 
• If the delivery is to a rooftop garden, then a site survey is necessary and has to be requested before delivery. It will help us understand if there are any specialists handling equipment requirements.
• We do not offer a service for any groundwork preparation for the Vulcanus®. 
• We are also unable to provide a service to integrate the Vulcanus® anchor point lock into the ground.
