Shipping Information

This shipping information page contains information about the delivery of your ordered products. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for detailed information on delivery and our handling of your personal data.

Delivery Costs

  • We deliver our products using third parties Specflue Ltd and DPD.
  • Delivery Costs: The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website, in our brochure and in marketing materials. We aim to offer free delivery where possible.

Timing of delivery

  • When we will deliver the products: We deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible and during the order process. We let you know when we will deliver them to you and act in line with the shipping information provided on this page.
  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control: We contact you as soon as possible if our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control. We also take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
  • Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. If there is a risk of substantial delay you can contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you paid for but not received.

Accepting the delivery - read this shipping information carefully!

  • If you are not at home when the product is delivered: If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, you get a note. The note informs you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
  • Where there has been a prearranged delivery day and nobody was available to take delivery of the product, we charge for re-delivery of the product.
  • If you do not re-arrange delivery: If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect your products from a delivery depot, we contact you for further instructions. A charge for storage costs and any further delivery costs is possible. In this case, we contact you first before charging you.
  • If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
  • If we end the contract we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided. We may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.

  • When you become responsible for the products: The products are your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave to us.
