How to care for your charcoal table top grill

• Only clean when the Kamado is wholly cooled down after cooking
• Clean the grate by hand with soapy water, do not use abrasive soap or cloth
• Never clean the inside of the Kamado, as the liquid will ruin the ceramic lining and can cause the Kamado to crack
• Clean the outside enamel with a damp cloth or mild soapy water
